Border crossings in Cambodia

Mar 07 2025

Several border posts now allow tourists to travel between Cambodia, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam. Their flexibility has greatly improved compared to the past, when immigration to neighboring countries was reserved for locals. A review of these various border crossing points.

Entry into Cambodia via the two international airports—Phnom Penh International Airport and Siem Reap International Airport—can be done with an electronic visa. Some of the land border posts also accept it, but not all. In most cases, it will not guarantee entry.
