Apsara Greenland Boutique - Guide Cambodia - Seripheap

Apsara Greenland Boutique

Apsara Greenland is designed to be a place of relaxation and harmony with nature. The hotel offers 17 spacious rooms, suites, and villas and is located near the city of Siem Reap, in the heart of a village called Sala Kamroeuk.

All rooms are a blend of Cambodian and modern design. They offer a choice of views overlooking the pool, the village, or the garden and feature a balcony or private garden. Four villas are particularly well-suited for families, each with a private pool. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, free bicycles, daily one-way transfers to the city from 8 AM to 7:20 PM, and a welcome fruit basket upon arrival.

A calm location, diverse architecture

Located in the countryside south of Siem Reap, the hotel provides a peaceful and quiet retreat to unwind after a day of sightseeing, including visits to the Angkor temples. The entire hotel has been designed with this in mind: lush nature, terraces opening onto the surrounding environment.

The name Apsara Greenland sets the tone. The Apsaras, or celestial nymphs, are deities from the Hindu myth of the churning of the ocean of milk. They are among the 11 divine beings and objects created after the success of this legendary quest. Apsaras are universally regarded as symbols of authenticity, tradition, and culture in Cambodia. Some dancers in the Royal Ballet even portray these celestial nymphs during performances. The term "Greenland" refers to a more recent issue: global warming. The hotel prides itself on an elegant and timeless blend of modern, environmentally-friendly amenities and technologies with the lasting traditions and cultures of Cambodia.
