Day 3Sambor Prei Kuk, « the temple of the lush forest »

Phnom Penh - Siem Reap

Day 7Koh Ker, Beng Mealea and the immensity of the Tonlé Sap lake

Preah Vihear - Siem Reap

Day 8Transfer to Battambang

Siem Reap - Battambang

  • Transfer with your guide to Battambang. On your arrival, check-in, rest and free time.

  • 15 km west of Siem Reap, discover the silk factory of Pouk and the process of the silk production : from the plantation of the mulberry trees and the farming of the silkworms, to weaving and finished products available for sale.

  • In the afternoon, arrived at Battambang, go for a walk through the many villages around the city. It is the chance to observe the locals producing the typical cambodian prahoc (very odorous fish paste).

  • Visit one of the last traditional houses of Battambang with a Khmer architecture. Made of wood, it still houses period utensils.

  • Visit the Battambang Provincial Museum. On the small side, this museum will surprise you with the unlikely interest of its collection, not to mention the charm of the building itself.
