Since July 1st, 2024, a new procedure for arrivals in Cambodge has been implemented by the authorities. This new electronic procedure, free but mandatory, aims to replace the paper documents that cabin crew distributed on the plane: arrival card, health form and customs form. Please note that currently, paper documents are still being distributed in parallel on the plane.

Create an account on Cambodia E-Arrival

To submit your entry request to Cambodge, you must create an account on "Cambodia E-Arrival" by visiting the following address: https://arrival.gov.kh/. The website is in English, but you can change the language by clicking on the small flag in the top right corner.

Then click on "Submit Online".

The submission must be completed within 7 days before your arrival in Cambodge.

Fill in the information in the Foreign Visitor box / Individual Submission

Once your account is created, you will be redirected to a new page that will allow you to begin registration.

Click on the "Foreign Visitor" or "Individual Submission" box

You will then be redirected to a new page that will allow you to create a profile and fill in the information for one person.

Profile

1. Add a recent photograph. There are no constraints like for an ID photo, but we recommend, as a precaution, applying the same principles: without glasses, no smile, straight-on photo to clearly see the face, clear face.
2. Enter all requested information: passport number, expiration date, surname, first name (as indicated in your passport), gender, date of birth, country of birth, passport type, profession
3. Upload a clear photo of your passport. You can also scan it.
4. Provide your contact details: phone number, email and, if you wish, as it is optional, your social media accounts (we do not recommend doing so).
5. Click "Next"

Travel period in Cambodge

Continue by indicating your dates of stay in Cambodge. Specify clearly your expected arrival date in the territory and your departure date.

Mode of transport

In this section, you must provide your flight information.

1. Entry gate: this is your arrival airport, generally Phnom Penh International Airport
2. Purpose of travel: for vacation, for an internship or simply for a transit, select the appropriate purpose
3. Mode of transport: AIR
4. Type of air transport: Commercial (already pre-selected)
5. Flight number: to be found on your plane ticket or flight reservation
6. Flight name: select from the proposed list

Address in Cambodge

To complete this section, you must have booked at least one accommodation in Cambodge.

1. Type of accommodation: hotel, Private residence, day trip and transit
2. Hotel name
3. Contact number (it is indicated as private residence contact, but provide the hotel number)
4. Province: select the province from the dropdown menu
5. Hotel address

Entry and exit from Cambodge

Specify here the city of departure before landing in Cambodge as well as the city of landing after your departure from Cambodge. Generally, both cities are the same, but a stay in Cambodge can sometimes include a few days in a neighboring country like Thailand. This is notably the case for our "Cambodge-Thailand Combination" circuit.

Health information

It is important to answer these questions honestly.

Customs Declaration

Before entering Cambodian territory, you must complete your customs declaration. Here too, it is very important to be honest.

The page also reminds you of goods that do not need to be declared and those that should be in case of doubt.

Declaration confirmation

Following this duly completed form, you must confirm all the information provided by checking the "I have read and accept the declaration" box.

Click Next to validate everything.

QR code retrieval

After providing your information, an email will be sent to you with a QR code that you must present to the immigration officer. The QR code is also available in the app. You must complete the online procedure at least 7 days before your arrival in Cambodge. Digital tablets will be made available at various airports in the kingdom for people without a smartphone or internet connection.
